Remote support means that you give one of our employees temporary permission to take control of your computer.

Online remote support is helpful when we need to help you set up the Nano Link system and teach you how to set up employees, categories and equipment.​


Call 88709000 and ask for support.

Click on one of the icons above to download the TeamViewer program for either Windows or Mac. This will give us access to your computer.

When the Team Viewer program is installed on your computer, please provide the ID and password that appears on your screen. Our support team will then be able to make corrections and show you how to do so in the future.
